Pay

• Starting Pay: $14-$18 per hour

• Top Performers Earn: Up to $24 per hour

• Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday

• 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Most Friday, Saturday, and Sundays off (3-day weekends)

• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak season

​

Position Overview

We are hiring full-time crew members to join either our Lawn Maintenance Crew or our Enhancement Crew. This is a physically active outdoor job for individuals who enjoy working with a team, staying productive, and taking pride in quality work.

Lawn Maintenance Crew Responsibilities

• Mow residential lawns using commercial equipment

• String trim around obstacles and property edges

• Edge sidewalks, driveways, and curbs

• Blow off hard surfaces and leave properties clean

• Perform quality checks before leaving each job

​

Enhancement Crew Responsibilities

• Trim shrubs and hedges

• Spread mulch and pine straw

• Leaf cleanup and seasonal cleanup work

• Assist with landscape improvement projects

• Maintain a clean and professional job site

​

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required

• Must be reliable and show up on time

• Must be able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds

• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Must work well with a team and follow instructions

​

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in lawn care or landscaping

• Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers

• Experience pulling a trailer

​
